1. Eligibility

The EXOSHOCK Steam Frame Clip Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (including Quebec), the United Kingdom, Australia, and the twenty-seven (27) Member States of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden (collectively, the “Eligibility Area”). Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries from outside the Eligibility Area, and entries where prohibited or restricted by law, are void. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and representatives of the Promoter, the EXOSHOCK development team, participating agencies and other parties directly involved in administering or judging the Contest, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

2. Promoter

The promoter and administrator of the Contest is VRAL Games Inc., 561 NE 79th Street, Suite #300, Miami, FL 33138, USA (the “Promoter”). Contest inquiries may be sent to press@vralgames.com.

3. Contest, Gameplay and Entry Period

The EXOSHOCK Open Beta gameplay period begins on September 17, 2026 and ends on September 28, 2026 (the “Gameplay Period”). Eligible gameplay footage must be captured during the Gameplay Period. Entries may be edited and posted after the Gameplay Period, but must be publicly posted and meet all entry requirements no later than October 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (the “Entry Deadline”). The Promoter’s records will be the official timekeeping method.

4. What Is Required to Enter

Internet access, access to the free EXOSHOCK Open Beta on a supported platform, and a means of capturing gameplay video are required. No purchase is necessary. No special contest mission, minimum Resistance Level, kill target, co-op participation or other specific in-game achievement is required.

5. How to Enter

To enter, an entrant must: (a) play the EXOSHOCK Open Beta during the Gameplay Period; (b) capture an original EXOSHOCK gameplay video from the entrant’s own play session; and (c) publicly post the eligible video on X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or YouTube Shorts by the Entry Deadline, include the hashtag #EXOSHOCK, and tag the official EXOSHOCK account for the platform where the entry is posted: TikTok @exoshockVR; YouTube @exoshock; Instagram @exoshockVR; X @exoshockVR. The post and account must remain publicly accessible through judging and winner verification. Short-form and long-form videos are eligible. Videos may consist of unedited gameplay or edited gameplay content.

6. Entry Requirements

Each entry must be the entrant’s own original work. An entry must not have been copied from another creator or submitted without the necessary rights or permissions. If an entry contains third-party music, footage, assets or other licensed material, the entrant is responsible for having all permissions necessary to submit and permit use of the entry. Entries must comply with applicable law and the rules of the social platform on which they are posted. The Promoter may reject content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for the Contest or harmful to the goodwill of EXOSHOCK or the Promoter.

7. Multiple Entries

Entrants may enter multiple times and there is no fixed maximum number of distinct eligible entries. Duplicate entries are not permitted; each entry must be a unique video. One entrant may receive no more than one prize package. If multiple entries from the same entrant would otherwise rank among the winning positions, only that entrant’s highest-ranked entry will remain prize-eligible and the next highest-ranked eligible entry from a different entrant will advance.

8. Solo, Co-op and Supported Play Styles

Eligible gameplay may be captured while playing solo or in co-op, and on supported Standard Screen or VR versions of the EXOSHOCK Open Beta. No automatic preference is given to any play style. Resistance Level, kills, mission difficulty, teamwork and other gameplay circumstances may provide context to the judges but do not automatically determine the ranking.

9. Prizes

Ten (10) prize positions are intended to be available. The entrant ranked #1 will receive the Grand Prize described in Section 10 plus four (4) EXOSHOCK game keys. Entrants ranked #2 through #10 will each receive four (4) EXOSHOCK game keys. Forty (40) EXOSHOCK game keys are intended to be awarded in total. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each EXOSHOCK game key is US$25, for an approximate aggregate ARV of US$1,000 for all forty (40) game keys. Each confirmed winner may choose Steam or Meta Quest 3/3S keys and may mix and match the four keys in any available combination totaling four (4), subject to platform, regional and key availability at fulfillment. Each four-key package is intended as one key for the winner and three additional keys that may be shared with friends. Game keys have no cash value and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash except where required by law.

10. Steam Frame Grand Prize

The #1 ranked entrant will receive Steam Gift Card(s) and/or Steam Wallet value, as legally and technically available, with an aggregate value equal to the official retail purchase price of the Steam Frame 256GB applicable in the winner’s eligible country or region (the “Grand Prize”). As of September 14, 2026, Valve’s published retail prices for the Steam Frame 256GB are US$1,059 in the United States, C$1,529 in Canada, €1,049 in participating EU countries using euro pricing, PLN 4,539 in Poland, £889 in the United Kingdom, and A$1,609 in Australia. These published prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. If the official retail price applicable to the winner changes before prize fulfillment, the Grand Prize value will be based on the official retail price applicable at the time of fulfillment. Where mandatory sales tax is charged at checkout in addition to the published retail price, the Grand Prize value may be increased by the amount reasonably necessary to cover such mandatory purchase tax, subject to applicable law and Steam Gift Card/Wallet limits.

The Grand Prize is a monetary-value prize intended to enable the winner to purchase a Steam Frame 256GB. VRAL Games does not award, sell, supply, order or ship a physical Steam Frame and is not responsible for the availability, ordering, shipping, delivery, returns, support or warranty of the Steam Frame. Any purchase of a Steam Frame is made by the winner directly through Steam/Valve and is subject to Valve’s applicable terms, availability and policies.

If fulfillment through Steam Gift Card(s) or Steam Wallet value is not legally or technically available for the winner, VRAL Games may provide the same prize value through another lawful method of payment. Any personal income tax, prize tax, reporting obligation or other personal tax arising from receipt of the Grand Prize remains the winner’s responsibility except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Fewer Valid Entries Than Prize Positions

If fewer than ten (10) valid entries from distinct eligible entrants are received, the Promoter may award the game-key prize packages only up to the number of valid eligible entrants. This provision does not alter the Grand Prize selection: if at least one valid eligible entry is received, the highest-ranked valid eligible entry will be eligible for the Grand Prize, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

12. Winner Selection — Skill-Based Judging

This is a skill-based Contest. Eligible entries will be evaluated by a judging panel selected by the Promoter. The panel will score entries using the following criteria: THE MOMENT — 40%: the intensity, excitement, humor, surprise, memorability and overall impact of the gameplay moment; THE PLAY — 30%: the quality of the player’s decisions, execution, skill, teamwork or solo play demonstrated by the entry; and THE EXOSHOCK FACTOR — 30%: how strongly the entry captures a distinctive, compelling and recognizably EXOSHOCK experience. Views, follower count, likes, comments, shares and other engagement metrics do not determine the winners.

13. Ranking and Ties

The ten highest-ranked eligible entries from distinct eligible entrants will occupy the prize positions, subject to verification. The highest-ranked eligible entry will be #1 and eligible for the Grand Prize. If entries are tied, the entry with the higher EXOSHOCK Factor score will rank higher. If still tied, the entry with the higher THE MOMENT score will rank higher. If a tie remains, the judging panel will determine the ranking by majority decision based on overall quality and impact.

14. Verification of Potential Winners

Every potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance before being confirmed as a winner. The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and residency, original/raw gameplay footage, original file information, proof of ownership or authorship of the entry, and any release or tax documentation reasonably required by law. If a potential winner is ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, declines the prize or cannot complete verification, the next highest-ranked eligible entrant may be selected.

15. Winner Contact and Acceptance

Potential winners will be contacted through the social account used to enter and/or another reasonable contact method requested by the Promoter. Entrants should ensure that the official EXOSHOCK account is able to contact them. A potential winner must respond and accept the prize within three (3) days of initial contact unless the Promoter specifies a different period. Failure to respond, an undeliverable notification, refusal of the prize or failure to complete required verification may result in forfeiture and selection of the next highest-ranked eligible entrant.

16. Paid Promotion, Fraud, Cheating and Manipulation

Entrants may use lawful paid promotion or paid social boosting for their entries; however, paid promotion, organic reach and engagement metrics do not affect judging or increase an entrant’s chances of winning. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has attempted to enter fraudulently, cheat, manipulate the judging or compromise the Contest through bots, scripts, automation, fake accounts, purchased or fraudulent engagement, duplication, forgery, stolen content or other improper means. Organic sharing is permitted.

17. Lost or Unavailable Entries

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, late, deleted, private, inaccessible, incorrectly tagged, lost, delayed, misdirected or otherwise unavailable because of network failures, platform outages, account restrictions, hardware/software failures or other circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Proof of posting does not necessarily establish that an entry was received or remained eligible.

18. Rights in Submitted Content

Entrants retain ownership of their original content. By entering, each entrant grants the Promoter and its authorized partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, repost, display, distribute, crop, excerpt, reformat and otherwise use the submitted content in connection with EXOSHOCK, the Contest and related advertising, publicity, social media and promotional activities, subject to applicable law. The entrant represents that the entrant has all rights necessary to grant this permission.

19. Publicity

Except where prohibited or where additional consent is required by law, a confirmed winner agrees that the Promoter may use the winner’s name, creator handle, likeness, voice, hometown/region, entry and prize information in connection with announcing and promoting the Contest and EXOSHOCK without additional payment. Where local law requires express consent, the Promoter will request it separately.

20. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be processed by the Promoter and/or its appointed administrator for Contest administration, eligibility verification, winner selection, winner communication, legal compliance and prize fulfillment. Marketing communications, if any, require any consent required by applicable law. Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as required by law. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at https://exoshockgame.com/privacy-policy/. Persons under 18 may not enter the Contest or provide personal/contact information for purposes of entering.

21. Taxes

Prizes are awarded subject to applicable law. Each winner is responsible for determining, reporting and paying any personal taxes, duties or other obligations arising from acceptance or use of a prize, except where the Promoter is legally required to withhold, report or pay amounts. Nothing in these Official Rules constitutes tax advice.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and parties associated with the Contest will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections that apply in an entrant’s jurisdiction.

23. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

If fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, platform disruption, force majeure or another circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest, the Promoter may, where permitted by law, disqualify affected entrants or modify, suspend or cancel the Contest or invalidate affected entries. Material changes will be communicated through official EXOSHOCK channels.

24. Refusal or Recovery of Prize

The Promoter may refuse to award a prize, or where legally permitted seek recovery of a prize already awarded, if an entrant obtained or attempted to obtain it through fraud, dishonesty, material breach of these Official Rules or other conduct that made the entrant ineligible.

25. Third-Party Platform and Valve Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Steam, X, YouTube/Google, TikTok/ByteDance, Instagram/Meta or any other third-party platform used in connection with the Contest. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

26. Winner Announcement

Confirmed winners are expected to be announced approximately ten (10) to fourteen (14) days after the Entry Period closes, following judging, eligibility verification and prize acceptance. The announcement may be delayed if reasonably necessary to complete judging, eligibility verification, winner contact or prize acceptance.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. Governing Law and Local Rights

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude, restrict or override any mandatory consumer, statutory or other rights that apply to an entrant under the laws of the entrant’s place of residence.

29. Acceptance

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the final decisions of the Promoter and judging panel on matters relating to the Contest, subject to applicable law.
